    I made this again, in much smaller portions (12 squares per sheet of filo, a heaped teaspoon of filling). Everyone loved them, but they were *very* fiddly to put together. I’ll go for 10 squares per sheet next time. There will be a next time, because everyone asked for the recipe!

    Very easy to make and the sweet/savoury notes are intriguing. I didn’t have nigella, so sprinkled with za’atar. They were more substantial than I expected. One would make a light starter with a few salad leaves.

    Crispy, satisfying little bites with noticeable orange flavour and delicious tang from the Goat's cheese. Quick to make and can sit in the fridge ahead of time for a while before baking.
