    Absolute perfection. The best brown sugar cookie recipe out there. I haven't made these in years, but my husband made them last night, and they reminded me of how good this recipe is. Perfectly chewy and tender, with a crackly top. 10/10.

    Converted this recipe into grams. Used 300gr of brown sugar on another bakers recommendation. They are still sweet. Next day the taste becomes more carmelized. Used 1 tablespoon scoop next time will use a smaller one. Baked in 10 minutes.
