    These cookies were very tasty - buttery with a caramelized sugar flavor and a hint of cinnamon. These will be perfect with tea or ice cream! My only complaint is that these were not easy to roll and cracked a lot. Half of our cookies had no visible cinnamon swirl to speak of and the other half had them, but they were very wonky. Don’t let that stop you from making these though, as they are delicious! Just go for 45-60 minutes on the first chill instead of 30 minutes.
