Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Very satisfying. My spices were fresh, and I increased the turmeric. It needs harissa added at the table to taste, but I didn't find it lacking in flavor. I would like a bit more broth, though. Substituted some veggies: added celery, yellow bell pepper, cabbage wedges but no winter squash or fennel.

    Really REALLY didn't like this. Was basically just boiled veg.
