    Can substitute muscovado sugar or brown sugar for palm sugar, and soy sauce for shoyu, and makrut limes and Meyer lemons for makrut lime leaves.

    I used this recipe as a starting point. I used jarred tom yum paste and added both tofu and shrimp. With the prepared paste this was ready in a flash, healthy and flavorful.
