Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was pretty good. The curry cubes made it a bit too sweet for me, and it didn't thicken as much as I expected it to, but it was tasty and quick for a weeknight dinner. Could use a vegetable, maybe carrots, peas, or sweet corn. Maybe just a salad on the side.
