    Very decadent, very rich. I’m not sure that I could cope with the author’s suggestion of serving this as a brunch dish. I’d be in a sugar-coma all day! Whilst it would possibly alter the character of the dish, next time I might add a handful or so of frozen raspberries to break through the heavy sweetness.
