Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was delicious! I served it over pasta, and I didn't miss the traditional breading at all. I followed the instructions to pound the breasts to even thickness, and I think this is important for good results. I used pre-sliced fresh mozzarella on top, and this worked well. The leftover chicken wasn't great (it got a bit dried out being reheated), but I used some of the leftover sauce by itself with pasta and that was very good.
