Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This banana bread is amazing. So moist-and no mixer required. I've had many banana breads sit around, uneaten, but this one vanished quickly. I'm sure the chocolate chips helped.

    I think I've found a new favorite banana bread recipe. This turned out great! Wonderfully moist and flavorful, made with vegetable oil and sour cream (no butter in this one). Beautiful brown, crispy top. Excellent.
