    Really delicious and easy, I made this summer themed by using strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. I lined the edges with the strawberries and then just kind of piled the blueberries and raspberries in the middle for the colors of the American flag. A few of my guests commented that they liked the sugar cookie crust as opposed to a graham cracker crust. I used packaged Pepperidge Farm sugar cookies and that worked well. Not super inventive (I've had versions of this many times) but a winner for taste and ease of execution.
