Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    2/3 recipe was plenty for 3 generous servings, although we used the full amount of berries since we had them. The meringue took a long time to whip; I think it works better to get the egg whites to soft peaks before adding sugar. It was barely stiff enough to pipe and I couldn't make super tall sides. It took much longer, about 1 hr 15 min, to bake. The cream and berries (which were a little tart) were overly sweet when paired with meringue. I recommend using less sugar in both. Would use this idea again but not exactly as written.
