    This was the perfect comfort food for a dreary February night (although it's not a quick recipe). It was basically vegetables in a bechamel type sauce. Yum! The rosemary gave it a bit of a Thanksgiving vibe. Notes for next time: don't use "fan-bake", cut the butternut squash into smaller pieces, and ensure that both the squash and cauliflower are either completely cooked or almost there before putting it in for the final bake.
