    Splendid salad. The picture is misleading as the cabbage is actually marinating in the dressing. There’s a lot of dressing for this salad. I saved about half to add to the top to make it pretty but didn’t need it. This salad tastes great 2-3 days later. Also great with carrots instead of beets.
