Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This salad was great and easy. I had to sub blood oranges for persimmons because persimmons are out of season here (Virginia, early Feb.). The next day I used my leftovers to make it again but only had a Valencia orange. The orange overpowered the salad on this second day. All in all a great fridge emptying recipe although I went out and bought all the ingredients.
