Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I have been making this guac for many years, and still go back to it every time. I often use pickled japalenos instead of fresh, for convenience sake. A real favourite!

    Very good guacamole, interesting that lemon juice is used rather than lime, but then the chicken fajitas that this goes with has tons of lime juice in it.
