Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Delicious to go with ham for Easter. I didn’t have reduced sodium chicken broth on hand, so I used regular and cut back the salt to 1/2 tsp. I’d probably put the full amount in next time, although alongside ham, the lack of salt worked well. Made the potatoes the day before and added the topping just before baking.
