    A delicious split pea and ham soup. The Sherry, tarragon and Spinach go really well together and give the recipe a welcome freshness. This is my husband and my go-to split pea soup recipe, and we never get tired of it.

    This is good, tarragon adds nice variety to flavor. I would make this again.
