Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I made this recipe and followed it to the letter. I read the previous note and decided to make it anyway even though it was reported as "just ok". A lot of times something very simple can be really good and I was looking for simple this night. There is an incredible amount of fat in this. 3/4 C olive oil and 1/2 stick of butter. Still, I went with it. The 10 cloves of sliced garlic I thought might make it interesting. The results were in my opinion like the previous poster, just ok.

    My notes from 2000 say this is just "ok".
