Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Another favorite recipe from this favorite cookbook. Today I didn't have any Brie nor Camembert so added a bit of cream to finish it off. My own sun-dried (oven-dried) market tomatoes and for extra protein (or for non-vegetarian significant other) I usually add some chicken. I first made this 2000/09/27 and gave it a A+.
