Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    For such a simple recipe the results are so satisfying and delicious! We were looking for ways to use up the last of the garden vegetables and found this recipe. My husband absolutely loved it. I didn’t have any jalapeños so I added 2 T of my homemade salsa that had lots of jalapeños in it and also added an extra tablespoon of breadcrumbs to offset the extra liquid. The result was

    We love poblanos and I'm always looking for new ways to serve them, but this recipe is my favorite. It takes a little extra time for the prep work, but the finished product is delicious and well worth it!
