    Very good recipe. My modifications: I added a tsp of cumin, and I use less than 1 lb mushrooms and dice them pretty small (< 3/8"). The first attempt at this was just too mushroomy for me. I know, it's mushroom chili, but I like the balance better with a little less mushrooms. Recipe goes great with cornbread
