    Can substitute cauliflower for Romanesco cauliflower, orange juice for white balsamic vinegar, and watercress for arugula.

    This one was not popular with my fusspots (particularly the pumpkin). Used cannellini beans and reduced the spices. Pumpkin takes quite a long time to cook properly. Leftovers made a nice salad. Served with quinoa.
