    I first made this in 1989 when this book came out, and it was utterly delicious. The baked graham cracker crust is simple and easy to make. The filling and topping are not baked; an excellent balance between salty peanut butter and bittersweet chocolate, with a smooth and voluptuous texture. Chilled in the fridge for 4 hours, this pie was a winner then, and still is now.
