Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Pretty tasty and super easy. Would probably prefer it to have less coconut broth.

    This was easy and really flavorful. There was no Napa cabbage in the store, so I went with baby bok choy and it worked well too. Thai Kitchen red curry paste is mellow enough that I really could have thrown in the entire little bottle— I’ll do that next time. The light coconut milk made it such that my kid who doesn’t love coconut in savory meals (just dessert) enjoyed it a lot— the flavor was there, but not overwhelming. Basically it went over well with everyone.

    This was really tasty, and very easy to toss together on a weeknight. Nice depth of flavor for something so simple.
