Rich chocolate bundt cake from The America's Test Kitchen Family Baking Book: The Only Baking Book You'll Ever Need by America's Test Kitchen Editors

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Gorgeous Rich cake with lots of bittersweet chocolate, eggs, Dutch cocoa, and hardly any flour it seems.

An incredibly moist and delicious chocolate Bundt cake that I've been baking for years. I love the velvety texture and deep chocolate flavor. I'm at high altitude and the only change I make is reduce the baking soda to 7/8 tsp.

Bundt is in the oven. I added 1 cup of chocolate chips. All I can say so far is that you do have to wait for things to get to room temperature, and then for the chocolate mixture to cool down after adding boiling water. Also, the batter is delicious ;-)
