Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Made this to use up some tom yum paste that had been hanging around in my fridge for ages. Took a few liberties with the ingredients: omitted the prawns, doubled the chicken, swapped out mangetout and mini sweetcorn for carrots and extra mushrooms. Now we like spicy food a lot, but this turned out REALLY REALLY spicy - don't know if I used a particularly potent chilli or if the paste itself was particularly hot, but next time I'd definitely omit the red chilli or at least deseed it. There are 2 kaffir lime leaves in the ingredients that aren't used in the method. Overall: this was a nice tom yum soup, pretty good recipe.
