Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Delicious. Note for next time: I added the fish to the sauce when it was still a little thinner than I wanted it, thinking it would continue to thicken. However I think the fish released a bit of liquid into the dish so this was a mistake. Next time reduce all the way to preferred thickness before adding the fish. Could make the sauce ahead and finish with the fish later.
