Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    4.5 stars. Really tasty for minimal effort. The charred pineapple balances the spice on the shrimp with the pickled onions cutting through and balancing the sweetness. Served with elotes. Will make again!

    Quite tasty even though I forgot the sriracha in the shrimp marinade as I was distracted by a fast approaching storm, rushing thru the steps, fearing that the power would go off at any moment. Once all the ingredients were prepped, the dish came together in literally minutes. Just have to repeat this with the proper marinade to do it justice.

    Run, don't walk to this recipe--it comes together in maybe 20 minutes and the result is delicious. Next time I'd decrease the pineapple slightly--while we both enjoyed how caramelized it go, we didn't enjoy having such a high pineapple to shrimp ratio. Otherwise, this is perfect and so full of flavor--will repeat.
