EYB Comments
Can substitute red wine for red vermouth, and Sprite Zero for citric syrup.
Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?
Accompaniments: Duck croquettes (Croquetas de pato); Saffron fried rice with bacon and shrimp (Arroz al Chino); Chistorra sausage with piquillo mostarda and aïoli (“The Basque dog”); Churros with chocolate sauce (Churros con chocolate)
Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.
