    Can substitute olive oil for virgin coconut oil.

    It came out a bit dark, but it’s still tasty! I used olive oil instead of the coconut oil and took it out about 9 minutes before the hour was up. Maybe the oil sub was why?

    This has become a staple in our household. I add sesame seeds and use cashews and dried cherries and it is perfect.
