Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I made this with chicken sausage I had originally bought to make the usual boring dinner. Instead I sautéed red onion and radicchio and went down this path. While tasting early on, I had concluded I just don’t like the bitterness of radicchio but the heavy cream and Parmesan did something magical, taking away the bitterness. I did add a small amount of agave syrup. No photo, it isn't pretty.
