Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was SO good. I finally got a kaffir lime tree for Mother's Day, and this was my first recipe I made using its leaves. It would probably be good without them, but it was really excellent with them. We made the cucumber quick kimchi from the same book as a side and served it all on top of rice. I'll definitely be making this again.
