      Wow, these were incredible. Trust in Bill Kim! This is not only a crazy delicious combination of flavors but it uses a brilliant technique which resulted in the most tender ribs we’ve ever grilled.

      Not bad at all. I think we didn't cook ours long enough, so be sure to get yours good and charred. The smaller ones were much better than the fatter ones that were less charred.

      This was great! We added some gaba rice to the lettuce wraps, and they were perfect. That extra chewiness really helped, but it was still pretty good as written. A really excellent summer dinner.

      This was SO good. I finally got a kaffir lime tree for Mother's Day, and this was my first recipe I made using its leaves. It would probably be good without them, but it was really excellent with them. We made the cucumber quick kimchi from the same book as a side and served it all on top of rice. I'll definitely be making this again.
