    Made 1.5 lbs instead of 3 lbs of salmon but kept the veggies as recipe called for. Only used 1 cup of BBQ sauce instead of 3. cooked on the blackstone. Added in bean sprouts to the veggie mix - would definitely do again if using the recipe as a full meal.
