    This was extremely good and really not THAT much work. I had to cook the bacon way longer than the recipe suggested to get it crispy and to release the fat (maybe 15 mins at induction level 6). The flavor of the dish is incredible! One of the best baked beans recipe ever! 9.5/10.

    A fair bit of work (I cheated and just added the soy and balsamic with the hoisin instead of reducing it first). But surprisingly delicious and I’d make again. More savoury than a lot of baked bean recipes which I enjoyed
