Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Can substitute chili powder for paprika, and cassia bark for cinnamon sticks. Can use the book's "Garlic and ginger paste", "Tandoori masala", and "Garam masala".

    This recipe was good, but definitely not my favorite butter chicken recipe. The flavors didn't really marry. I think it will taste better as leftovers.
