Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I didn't read the instructions carefully before beginning, so I first cooked the brown rice completely in a rice cooker prior to adding to the celeriac. I had put in the 1 liter of stock before I realized the rice wouldn't be able to absorb and I'd be left with soup rather than risotto! So I skipped the almond milk and cooked the liquid off by leaving the top open for awhile. It still worked, and the flavor was pretty good once you add some salt, but I'm not sure I would cook it again.
