Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Making this was like therapy for me - an entirely selfish dish as the rest of my family don't tend to like these ingredients. I thought it was great, would definitely make again. No more difficult than any other risotto. My only criticism is that the red wine turns it a strange colour which looks quite unappetising. Imo this doesn't matter because it tastes good. DH ended up quite liking it too and would eat again. M1 tasted the rice and said she "loved it".
