Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Cross-posted: The flavor was phenomenal, and it looked super pretty with the meringue. However, the instructions needed to be more clear about when to make the caramel. I made it after the custard was cooked, so the caramel was very hot and the custard had cooled down. The caramel crystallized upon contact, getting chunky pieces in the filling. So without the caramel fully incorporated, the filling never set up. It was definitely like a pudding. I would try it again, as the flavor was very good, but it was disappointing.
