    Requires 2 hours or overnight to prepare. Can substitute pecorino Romano cheese or hard cheese of your choice for Parmesan cheese, pasta shells for elbow macaroni pasta, and Dijon mustard for yellow mustard.

    Makes a very small amount of sauce for a whole pound of elbows. The result was tasty enough but the macaroni was only VERY lightly coated with the sauce. I'd try it again but cook only half the macaroni for a creamier mac.
