    Turns out, we hate radicchio, way too bitter for us. Womp womp. Otherwise, this salad was quite nice. With a different lettuce, it would be a weeknight hit. I got the sausage nice and crispy, it made a great textural contrast. Definitely better served warm, the dressing kind of congeals as it cools. If you like bitter, bitter salads, this one is for you.
