    I didn’t make the greens just the shoulder steaks. I used Aleppo instead of crushed red pepper and paprika instead of cinnamon and coriander instead of mustard seeds. So this is more a review of the dry rub and grilling for the steaks, which worked really well. They turned out spicy and juicy. Very tasty.
