  • Pork shoulder steaks with grilled mustard greens

      I didn’t make the greens just the shoulder steaks. I used Aleppo instead of crushed red pepper and paprika instead of cinnamon and coriander instead of mustard seeds. So this is more a review of the dry rub and grilling for the steaks, which worked really well. They turned out spicy and juicy. Very tasty.

  • Grilled corn salad with hot honey-lime dressing

      This was fabulous. The charred corn paired so well with the heat from the pepper and sriracha, the acid from the lime, the creaminess from the avocado, and the sweetness from the honey. I used a jalapeno pepper. I will continue to make this!!
