Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    The family loved these. Made from ingredients already in the house - bonus! They could probably be a bit crisper by using more oil and making sure it was heated up to a good temperature before beginning. (Note to self - use the smaller pan next time)

    I have no idea if Katy Beskow invented this recipe but it is genius as far as I'm concerned. Reminiscent of eggy bread but without the egg and everybody liked it! I used 1tsp vanilla because that's all I had left but it was fine. Will definitely make again!
