White chocolate cream cheese frosting for a 3-tier cake to serve 150 from The Cake Bible (page 525) by Rose Levy Beranbaum

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This frosting is delicious! In the beginning mine was a bit too slack, but it firmed up nicely after a brief rest in the fridge. I used this to top vanilla cupcakes and we loved it. We much prefer this frosting to any of the vanilla buttercreams that we've tried. This is a pretty pricey frosting to make with all the cream cheese and white chocolate, but I would say it's worth it, especially if you are not a big fan of traditional buttercream.
