    Great muffins! Never would have thought to pair fresh basil with peaches. And this works well with apples replacing peaches in my view. Might add some walnuts or pine nuts next time. I was tempted to add cinnamon (with the apple option) but the cinnamon would have competed with the basil. Definitely a repeat.
