    The peanut butter in this turkey burger totally works! Note to self that I used natural smooth PB. I didn’t have any gruyere so used manchego, which is not creamy but salty crumbly - this also worked well. Loved the burger on homemade buns with aioli, Dijon and pea sprouts. Definitely a keeper!
