    Nice dish to make under "quarantine" - I used canned pineapple instead of fresh, and my mint plants are already coming up in my garden, so I was all set to go. I was afraid the fish sauce could overpower the flavor but the lime and fresh herbs balanced it out nicely. Would make again.
