Peruvian quinoa and corn chowder from Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street Magazine, Jul/Aug 2018 (page 5)

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I tried this since I had aji amarillo paste. Quick, easy, and pretty good - family liked it and they don't always go for quinoa. I used 1 Tbsp dried oregano instead of fresh. My sweet potato was probably double the size called for, so the chowder was quite thick. I ended up doubling the cream to make it creamier. Don't skip the lime and mint at the end.

This recipe sounded mediocre, but we really liked it. It was a nice and light vegetarian dinner.
