Banana bread from Duff Bakes: Think and Bake Like a Pro at Home (page 108) by Duff Goldman and Sara Gonzales

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

4 stars. This is a good, basic recipe for banana bread. No adjustments needed. The ratios are good, it is not overly sweet, and it doesn't use as much banana as some other recipes. Works well with a 1:1 ratio monkfruit sweetener with sugar. . The only reason why it's not 5 stars I because while I enjoyed it, I'm not compelled to obsessively eat the whole loaf like some other recipes I have found.
